Product Manager – AI Product Operator

About the role

COCO is seeking a Product Manager with strong business sense, practical AI expertise, and rapid‑prototyping abilities to turn market insights and operational challenges into scalable, profitable digital products for the health‑tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with sales to translate market needs, objections, and recurring customer requirements into product opportunities and scalable features.
• Build demos, narratives, one‑pagers, and other sales enablement materials; join key customer conversations to validate scope.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and impact criteria for each initiative; create and maintain dashboards monitoring usage, adoption, efficiency, profitability, and user experience.
• Measure product performance post‑launch, identify friction points, and connect product indicators with business metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate feature design, rapid prototyping, and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with the ability to discover opportunities and prioritize with sound judgment.
• Experience designing features under uncertainty, prototyping quickly, documenting clearly, and measuring real impact.
• Focus on measurable results rather than ticket‑driven task management.
