Product Label Technician (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Product Label Technician to support the creation and maintenance of label specifications for our North American product portfolio. This entry‑level position works closely with internal teams and external graphics agencies to ensure labels meet corporate identity standards and regional regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product labeling processes and specifications.
• Manage label changes of moderate complexity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external graphics agencies.
• Maintain in‑house label files using graphic software as assigned.
• Ensure label briefings are complete before initiating changes.
• Maintain entries in the Artwork Database, EPIC, and related systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) required.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related technical apprenticeship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team player with strong collaboration abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
