About the role
ExxonMobil is looking for a Procurement Contract Management Specialist at the Associate level to manage a portfolio of agreements and support the end‑to‑end Purchase to Pay process. The role is based in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero) and focuses on delivering business value through efficient contract administration and supplier relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate contract pricing, terms and conditions directly with suppliers while collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve the lowest total system cost.
- Maintain the agreement portfolio, including scope updates, pricing, exhibits and amendments.
- Monitor contract compliance and utilization, track supplier performance and resolve issues to ensure transactional efficiency.
- Develop and sustain internal and external relationships to meet business line expectations and drive fit‑for‑risk process improvements.
Required profile
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Adaptability and initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
