Procure-to-Pay Supervisor (LATAM & US)

About the role

The Supervisor, PTP will lead high‑quality procure‑to‑pay (PTP) and cash & banking operations that support Disney’s corporate functions across regions. Acting as the subject‑matter expert for FX transactions and manual payments across LATAM legal entities, you will guide analysts, resolve complex issues and ensure compliant, timely execution of payments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as SME for FX transactions and manual payments across LATAM entities, providing guidance to analysts.
• Execute and approve manual payments and FX transactions on multiple banking platforms, mitigating risk of delays or penalties.
• Approve critical cash & banking activities for LATAM & US, ensuring adherence to treasury policies and internal controls.
• Support implementation of new regulatory and central‑bank requirements, adapting processes as needed.
• Act as escalation point for complex transactions, intercompany settlements, exceptions and high‑risk payment scenarios.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit standards, regulatory requirements and fraud‑prevention measures.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement and external stakeholders to drive collaborative decision‑making.
• Manage Accounts Payable PCARD for approved cases and ensure accurate reconciliation in SAP.
• Represent the manager in stakeholder meetings and regional governance calls when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a subject‑matter expert in procure‑to‑pay, cash & banking, and FX transaction processing.
• Strong knowledge of corporate treasury policies, internal controls and regulatory compliance, especially within LATAM jurisdictions.
• Ability to act as an escalation point for high‑risk and complex payment scenarios.
• Excellent partnership skills with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement and external parties.
