Procure to Pay Junior Analyst

About the role

The Procure to Pay Junior Analyst joins the Accounts Payable (AP) team to ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers and processing of invoices. Reporting to the AP Team Lead, you will support multiple countries and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices in line with predefined KPIs and handle rush invoices as needed.
• Respond promptly to supplier and internal inquiries, maintaining open communication across departments.
• Assist with third‑level escalations for assigned countries and support audit activities.
• Investigate and resolve invoices on hold, following up with vendors and requestors.
• Identify and propose efficiency improvements for AP and purchasing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) and required Spanish language skills.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and compliance with company policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle ERP.
• Experience using invoice processing tools.
