About the role

The Principal Consulting Services role works directly with clients to deliver high‑impact projects, develop new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction within IQVIA’s life sciences focus.

Key responsibilities

• Own client engagements end‑to‑end, guaranteeing quality, added value, and high satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets by creating insightful, value‑added solutions for complex client issues.
• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across existing and potential clients.
• Lead proposal development to deliver timely, actionable, and on‑target proposals.
• Manage client interfaces and ensure efficient project delivery by the project team.
• Serve as a solutions‑based expert, applying consultative problem‑solving skills internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Center of Excellence and Geographic Leaders to develop commercial offerings based on industry needs.
• Enhance IQVIA’s market presence through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications.
• Mentor and coach colleagues to elevate capabilities and deliver world‑class solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of management consulting experience in the pharmaceutical or life‑science industry.
• Established senior‑level relationships with client companies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
