About the role

DiDi is looking for a data‑driven Marketplace Manager to lead the launch and growth of DiDi Premier in Argentina. You will shape the premium mobility marketplace, ensuring passengers receive a reliable high‑end experience while drivers achieve sustainable earnings.

Key responsibilities

Define and execute the marketplace strategy for DiDi Premier in Argentina.
Analyze supply‑demand dynamics, identify inefficiencies, and design data‑informed interventions.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and regional teams to roll out operational changes.
Translate high‑level goals into actionable plans and monitor their impact on market share.
Establish the operational foundation in the country, coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Required profile

Strong analytical mindset with experience handling complex data sets.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and solving real‑world operational problems.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
Passion for mobility services and understanding of premium marketplace dynamics.
