Preferred Customer Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Preferred Customer Associate to deliver dedicated, one‑to‑one service to UPS Preferred accounts. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and that each interaction reflects UPS’s commitment to excellence in logistics and healthcare precision services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service for UPS Preferred accounts, handling inquiries via phone and email.
• Analyze and resolve problems, including tracing shipments and processing claim inquiries.
• Maintain ownership of each case through resolution, performing follow‑up actions and making outbound calls as needed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems and communicate status updates to customers.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
