PowerPoint Designer / Presentation Specialist

About the role

AccelOne is a nearshore software development partner serving clients across the U.S. and Latin America. It is looking for a Presentation Specialist to turn rough content and layouts into clean, compelling, on-brand PowerPoint decks for client-facing and internal teams. The role works closely with the Account Manager and the CDO, following a fast-turnaround workflow between U.S. and Argentina time zones. Candidates with broader design skills can also contribute to marketing assets such as LinkedIn visuals and case study layouts.

Key responsibilities

• Transform rough decks (content, basic structure, content hierarchy) into polished PowerPoint presentations.
• Apply brand guidelines, templates and visual standards consistently across slides, improving clarity, readability and storytelling.
• Follow the workflow: receive draft decks from the Account Manager, work on revisions, and collaborate quickly to finalize each deck.
• Work with the Account Manager and CDO to refine structure and messaging priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to keep decks and marketing assets consistent, following templates and guidelines for LinkedIn and case studies.
• Optional: design LinkedIn and other digital assets, support case study layouts, and contribute to a small library of reusable slide templates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Presentation Designer, PowerPoint Specialist or similar role.
• Ability to understand content and set clear content hierarchy, turning rough decks into professional deliverables.
• Attention to detail and design consistency, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working across U.S. and LATAM time zones (evening handoff, morning production).
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint (master slides, templates, layouts, animations, export).
• Nice to have: LinkedIn or social asset design, Figma or Canva, B2B or tech experience, and case study or sales collateral design.
