Power BI & Power Apps Lead

About the role

PROENERGY is seeking a Lead Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑grade business intelligence dashboards and low‑code applications. The role will head a team of developers and analysts, working closely with business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and implementation of Power BI dashboards and Power Apps solutions.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, user‑friendly applications and reports.
• Establish best practices for data visualization, app design, performance optimization, and security.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and analysts on Power Platform capabilities.
• Ensure data governance, modeling, and integration with enterprise systems.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders.
