Portfolio Manager – Service Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager – Service Solutions to drive growth and innovation in our industrial service portfolio, focusing on tank cleaning, heat exchangers, and related solutions across Hispanic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and expand the service solutions portfolio through indirect sales channels.
• Develop and execute business plans, marketing campaigns, and incentive programs to boost market presence and revenue.
• Provide technical leadership and support to distributors, channel managers, and end‑users.
• Train partners and internal teams on service value propositions.
• Manage customer support agreements, monitor subscriptions, and ensure high service quality.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Lead projects focused on service improvement and business analytics.
• Travel within Hispanic countries to strengthen relationships and deliver training.

Required skills

• Strong presentation and training abilities.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
