Polaris Admin Specialist – Compliance Platform

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Polaris Admin Specialist supporting the back‑office platform behind the My Compliance Dashboard. You will create and maintain platform content, execute user acceptance testing, and turn operational data into actionable insights for the US Ethics & Compliance team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Polaris Back‑Office Platform and MCD by creating, updating, and validating questions, events, and workflows based on stakeholder requirements.
• Support recurring compliance activities such as Annual Compliance Confirmation, Independence Confirmations, PCAOB attestations, and credential monitoring.
• Execute user acceptance testing for new Polaris 2.0 features, document scenarios, report issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Analyze and reconcile data from L&D reports and MCD, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions.
• Produce data‑driven reports and visualisations using Excel and Power BI for operational monitoring and stakeholder reporting.
• Process incidents and requests, following categorisation, prioritisation, escalation and documentation procedures.
• Identify manual tasks for automation and implement improvements using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Alteryx or AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail, disciplined approach to accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Curiosity and self‑direction with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (lookup, logical functions, PivotTables, basic data cleaning).
• Power BI for building reports, dashboards and visualisations.
• Power Automate and Microsoft 365 for workflow automation.
• Alteryx or similar data‑preparation tools.
• Experience with platform administration and user acceptance testing.
