Planning Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Planning Analyst to coordinate and improve production processes for our technologies. The role involves developing detailed production plans, managing resources, and ensuring service levels while working closely with production, maintenance, quality and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed production plans considering installed capacity, staffing, market demand and available resources.
• Create and schedule production orders to optimize equipment utilization and meet delivery deadlines.
• Manage resources such as labor, raw materials, equipment and space to minimize costs and downtime.
• Evaluate short‑, medium‑ and long‑term capacity scenarios, anticipate issues and support corrective action plans.
• Coordinate activities across production, maintenance, quality control and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate communication between production and customer service to meet service‑level goals.
• Collect, analyse and report production data and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure production plans comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.
