Pharmacovigilance Specialist – Remote

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join its remote team. You will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and processing safety data from multiple sources, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal SOPs while supporting senior operation members.

Key responsibilities

• Process safety data according to applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Collect, track, and code incoming Adverse Events (AEs) and related endpoint information.
• Enter data into databases, write narratives, and perform literature‑related activities.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and delivery standards as defined by each project.
• Collaborate with functional team members and healthcare professionals to resolve project‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience (highly valued).
