Pharmacovigilance Specialist – English & Italian (Remote)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to review, assess, and process safety data across multiple service lines. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish to manage communications with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Process safety data in line with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Collect, track, and code incoming Adverse Events (AEs) and related endpoint information.
• Enter data into pharmacovigilance databases, write case narratives, and support literature‑related activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and delivery standards for each project.
• Liaise with functional team members and healthcare professionals to resolve project‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is required for the trilingual nature of the role.
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience (desirable).
• At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience (highly valued).

Required skills

• Database entry for pharmacovigilance systems.
• Adverse Event coding.
