Pharmacovigilance Analyst

About the role

Join Novo Nordisk’s Quality & Pharmacovigilance Department in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, as a Pharmacovigilance Analyst. You will act as the primary liaison between Novo Nordisk and its Patient Support Program (PSP) partner, ensuring that safety signals, reports, and insights are managed efficiently to protect patients using our medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess safety reports received from the PSP and other external providers.
• Maintain daily communication with the PSP partner, serving as the main point of contact for pharmacovigilance matters.
• Influence PSP and operational hub performance to guarantee compliance and high quality.
• Handle product quality complaint samples and submit safety data to local health authorities.
• Monitor adherence to internal Novo Nordisk policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver pharmacovigilance training, including activities for Patient Safety Day.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the affiliate.

Required profile

• University degree (completed or in progress) in Pharmacy or Health Sciences.
• Previous experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or related pharmaceutical roles.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to train, influence, and build lasting relationships.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Veeva Vault.
