People Program Manager

About the role

Belong is looking for a People Program Manager to design and build core people programs, staffing, incentives, benefits and processes that enable rapid scaling across Argentina and the US. You will own full‑cycle recruiting and shape the employee experience for a fast‑growing AI‑first residential operating system.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for all roles across engineering, operations, finance, customer experience and more in both US and Argentina offices.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scopes, build pipelines, and close candidates, adapting sourcing, compensation and processes to each market.
• Design and run incentive and benefits programs such as referral bonuses and performance incentives.
• Be the go‑to contact for People & Culture questions and help improve People processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, hiring both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast‑changing high‑growth environments.
• Experience recruiting in both the US and Argentina.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑based sourcing and screening tools.
