People & Culture Specialist

About the role

Join /slantis, a fast‑growing technology and architecture firm, as a People & Culture Specialist. You will help shape and sustain a vibrant, people‑first culture across multiple US offices while supporting onboarding, engagement, and community initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support and facilitate Co‑Pilot Sessions and follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate conversations and follow‑through on team dynamics and people experience situations.
• Execute cultural rituals and ecosystem experiences across hubs.
• Maintain consistency and energy of cultural artifacts and initiatives aligned with /slantis values.
• Manage initiatives such as eNPS, climate & wellbeing surveys, team‑building, internal communication campaigns, referral programs, and learning & engagement rituals.
• Support onboarding and first‑90‑day experiences for new employees.
• Gather feedback, identify friction points, and propose experience improvements.
• Track engagement metrics, participation, onboarding outcomes, and action plans.
• Partner with Brand & People teams to ensure aligned, engaging communication.
• Drive action plans and ensure follow‑through on culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in People, Culture, Employee Experience, Internal Communication, or related fields.
• Background coordinating engagement initiatives, events, or people programs.
• Experience supporting onboarding, team experiences, or community‑building initiatives (a plus).
• Familiarity with engagement surveys, feedback collection, or reporting processes.
