PCAI Presales Architect

About the role

The PCAI Presales Architect role at HPE is a hybrid position requiring on‑site presence two days a week in Buenos Aires. You will design and present complex, outcome‑based solutions that align with customers' business objectives across HPE’s hardware, software, services and as‑a‑service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and orchestrate complex proposals that deliver tangible business value and mitigate risk for both customer and HPE.
• Lead deep‑dive discussions with clients and internal account teams, translating business needs into technical solution designs.
• Develop and present high‑level, innovative solutions, leveraging HPE’s portfolio and third‑party components.
• Monitor competitive landscape, contribute to industry thought leadership, and support account business planning.
• Drive pipeline development, manage opportunities from identification through close, and participate in sales forecasting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting and solution selling, preferably within IA or related domains.
• Advanced degree in technology or equivalent technical qualifications.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior executives (VPs, CxOs) and influence decision‑making.
• Strong business acumen, including understanding of TCO/ROI, financial models and subscription‑based revenue.

Required skills

• Mastery of solution architecture across hardware, software, services and as‑a‑service models.
• Experience creating demos, proofs‑of‑concept and delivering technical presentations.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
