Patient Reimbursement Coordinator – Argentina

About the role

The Patient Reimbursement Coordinator supports participants in clinical trial projects by managing travel logistics and processing reimbursements. Based in Argentina, the role works closely with the Patient Concierge Services team to ensure patients receive timely and compassionate assistance throughout their study journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage travel logistics (flight, train, accommodation, ground transport) for patients using approved systems or providers.
• Review, validate, and approve patient enrollment information and grant access to digital platforms such as PatientGO®.
• Process and verify patient reimbursement requests in line with study‑specific Travel & Reimbursement Policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via app, email, or phone, providing updates and resolutions.
• Support project setup tasks including mailbox creation, portal access, SharePoint folder configuration, and preparation of study documentation.
• Collaborate with PCS Project Managers, the Patient Concierge Services Manager, and internal teams to align support services with study requirements.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating travel and reimbursement for clinical trial participants.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow study‑specific policies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
