Partner Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Partner Manager. The role owns the full life cycle of big events, from the moment the sales and legal team signs the commercial contract until the event closes, acting as the main point of contact between the event organizer and all internal teams. It is a mix of project management and operations, not an events background.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire event lifecycle from contract signing to final closing, keeping everything on time and in form.
• Act as the main contact between the event organizer and all internal teams, coordinating other departments' tasks.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product and engineering to deliver them, prioritising requirements with the product team.
• Create and maintain an exhaustive Q&A to cover potential user incidents handled by the user support team.
• Ensure all requirements have the necessary documentation.
• Be present on site during launches or other key dates depending on the event.

Required profile

• Degree qualified, with a project management background; 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, analytical and organised, able to coordinate other departments and deliver results in an ambiguous environment.
• Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies and talent, and to think strategically about event partnerships using Fever's data.
• Comfortable handling large amounts of parallel work streams and working hands-on on event tasks.
• Event experience is a plus; knowledge of Facebook and Instagram promotional tools and a strong academic background are also a plus.
