Partner Development Manager, Distribution and Scale

About the role

Join AWS to drive partner acceleration within the AWS Partner Network, focusing on the Distribution Program in the LATAM SOLA region. You will build strategic relationships with AWS Distributors and help grow revenue across multiple market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with AWS Distribution Partners to increase AWS revenue.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, forecast opportunities, and create strategic sales plans with regional leadership.
• Identify and engage prospects, communicating tailored value propositions and supporting joint sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with AWS sales, program, and technical teams to align partner solutions with customer requirements.
• Lead complex operational and contractual negotiations on behalf of distributors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience with core cloud technology services.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Required skills

• AWS cloud platform knowledge.
• Experience with Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and Networking services.
• Experience with Data & AI technologies such as AI/ML, Generative AI, Analytics, Database, and Storage.
