Partner Associate

About the role

Join Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, as a Partner Associate. You will build strong relationships with partners, act as a trusted advisor, and help deliver solutions that align with Fever’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and objectives.
• Oversee the lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor partner performance by defining KPIs, analyzing data, and preparing regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges, develop tailored solutions, and ensure high partner satisfaction.
• Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in project management or consulting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Analytical, solutions‑oriented, and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a collaborative team spirit.
