Paid Media Specialist (Hybrid) – Argentina

About the role

Clara is looking for a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist to launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms. You will work directly with AI tools to accelerate workflow and help Clara grow in Mexico, Brazil and Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, monitor and quality‑assure campaigns on multiple ad platforms.
• Set up tracking and attribution, using AI‑assisted tagging validation.
• Use AI tools daily to generate ad copy, summarize performance data and build audience hypotheses.
• Conduct keyword and audience research with native and AI‑powered assistants.
• Support A/B testing, optimisation and reporting, leveraging AI for insights.
• Automate repetitive tasks with tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Collaborate with Growth and creative teams, using AI to streamline briefings and copy alignment.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Comfortable working with data and Paid Media KPIs using spreadsheets, Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Daily active user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and able to craft effective prompts.
• Organised, precise and able to handle multiple campaigns in parallel.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical teams.
