Paid Media Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive performance across digital advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with media buyers and creative teams to ensure projects run smoothly and clients stay satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Maintain ongoing communication and nurture strong client relationships.
• Review and analyze campaign performance on Google and Meta platforms.
• Identify trends, recommend optimizations, and guide strategic decisions.
• Track progress and manage workflows using Asana.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
• Handle multiple accounts while staying organized and detail‑oriented.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) or equivalent.
• 3+ years managing client accounts in a marketing or agency setting.
• Proven experience working directly with clients.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.
