About the role

The Order Management IT Product Manager will lead the execution of the Order Management domain strategy across the Americas, aligning with global product direction and ensuring effective deployment, adoption, and support of IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

Translate domain strategy into product goals, priorities and executable roadmaps.
Coordinate with local and regional teams to manage roll‑outs, change management and operational excellence.
Track and report value delivered using KPIs such as order processing efficiency and system adoption rates.
Allocate resources and funding, prioritising strategic initiatives across product teams.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, MIS, Business or related field.
5+ years of experience in at least two of the following areas: Business/Operations, IT, Project Management.
Strong strategic planning capabilities and a value‑driven mindset.

Required skills

Deep knowledge of Order Management processes (order entry, pricing, invoicing).
Familiarity with Agile principles and ways of working.
