Oracle PCM Architect – EPM Cloud Solutions

About the role

Auxis is seeking an experienced Oracle PCM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of profitability and cost‑management solutions within the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem. The role blends deep functional finance knowledge with technical EPM expertise, delivering end‑to‑end solutions for finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end solution design and architecture for Oracle PCM implementations.
• Define cost allocation models, driver‑based costing, and profitability frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high‑performance solutions.
• Oversee data integrations, calculations, and model performance optimisation.
• Ensure best practices in metadata design, hierarchies, and dimensional modelling.
• Support finance teams during month‑end and planning cycles.
• Troubleshoot complex data, calculation, and reporting issues.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM, specifically PCM.
• Strong understanding of cost allocation methodologies, profitability analysis, and financial modelling.
• Proven ability to communicate with both technical and finance stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
