About the role

The Operations Specialist will review, assess and process safety data across multiple service lines, ensuring accurate distribution of reports to internal and external stakeholders in line with regulations and SOPs. This trilingual position supports senior team members in maintaining high‑quality pharmacovigilance operations.

Key responsibilities

Process safety data according to applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs and project requirements.
Perform pharmacovigilance activities, including collection, tracking and coding of adverse events, database entry, narrative writing and literature support.
Ensure compliance with quality, productivity and delivery standards for each project.
Liaise with functional team members and healthcare professionals to resolve project‑related issues.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (mandatory).
Fluency in English, Spanish and French (mandatory).
Up to 3 years of clinical experience (desirable).
At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience (highly valued).
