Operations Manager – South America

About the role

LIFE IN GREEN, a leading eco‑friendly packaging manufacturer, is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational effectiveness across South America and support international growth. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure timely, high‑quality service for our clients while improving efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Document, maintain and deploy new processes with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer credit analysis and manage accounts‑receivable.
• Receive and process orders in Microsoft Dynamics GP, ensuring accurate entry and proactive communication.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer support, fostering loyalty.
• Coordinate logistics from carrier booking to product delivery, handling customs documentation.
• Track overseas shipments, update dashboards, and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain and update SOPs, oversee inventory management, and provide team coaching.
• Support ERP (Microsoft Dynamics GP) operations, manage IT service providers, and drive automation initiatives.
