Operations Manager - Right Hand to the Founders

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to act as the right‑hand to our founders. You will be the connective tissue that keeps sales, client onboarding, recruiting and billing running smoothly as we scale.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities across sales, onboarding, recruiting and billing, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Take over tasks currently handled by the founders and gradually expand ownership.
• Identify and fix broken processes before they impact the business.
• Communicate with US and Canadian clients and candidates in real time during North American business hours.
• Maintain clear, concise records in email, Google Chat and CRM systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, coordination or client‑facing logistics.
• Ability to juggle multiple threads and prioritize effectively.
• Strong written communication; comfortable writing emails and CRM notes quickly.
• Comfortable making phone calls and messaging candidates and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
• Experience using Google Chat and similar collaboration tools.
