Operations Manager & Online Business Manager

About the role

You will own day‑to‑day operations for a fast‑growing, founder‑led business, turning chaotic processes into efficient systems. Working directly with the founder, you’ll use AI and automation to free up valuable time and drive the company forward.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and move priorities from idea to completion.
• Identify and permanently improve broken, manual, or repetitive processes.
• Build SOPs, AI workflows, and automations to reduce manual work.
• Coordinate projects, vendors, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Track operational performance and use data to guide improvements.
• Keep the founder informed proactively and look for cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience as an Operations Manager, Online Business Manager, or similar high‑ownership role.
• Proven ability to improve processes in fast‑moving, founder‑led environments.
• Strong operational judgment and high ownership.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
