Operations & Logistics Manager

About the role

Uber Eats is seeking a Merchandising Operations Manager to drive the in‑app shopping experience for its Retail line across Central and South America. You will combine data analysis, experimentation, and cross‑functional collaboration to shape curated assortments, seasonal campaigns, and product visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of merchandising strategies, including landing pages, homepage placement, and seasonal promotions.
• Analyze selection performance using SQL and other tools to generate actionable insights.
• Build dashboards, automate reporting, and develop frameworks to measure content and selection metrics.
• Conduct UX audits, identify visibility gaps, and resolve operational inconsistencies across markets.
• Run and interpret A/B tests to evaluate the impact of content or selection changes.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve merchant engagement and customer journey outcomes.
• Create playbooks, SOPs, and documentation to promote operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Retail, Product, and Operations teams to localize strategies and test new features.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, e‑commerce, merchandising, digital marketing, category management, business analysis, or data analysis.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
