About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support a growing family‑run Asian fusion restaurant with two locations, a boba shop, and a new catering arm in Los Angeles. You will keep daily operations running smoothly, manage client communications, and help promote our catering services.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to catering inquiries, guide clients from initial contact through event confirmation.
  • Coordinate with chefs, the director of operations, and restaurant staff to prepare and execute catering events.
  • Conduct outreach to schools, churches, and community groups to generate catering leads.
  • Draft marketing copy, outreach emails, and promotional materials for team review.
  • Match invoices from food‑prep suppliers with shipment records and flag discrepancies.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date events calendar and keep the team informed of bookings and deadlines.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including email management, document organization, and ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

  • 2+ years experience in an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or administrative support role.
  • Experience working with clients in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks without letting anything fall through the cracks.
  • Reliable internet connection and a functional computer.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience with Notion.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of Discord.
