Operations Coordinator – Buenos Aires

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Operations Coordinator to join our Buenos Aires office and support group travel operations across Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. The role will manage the end‑to‑end logistics of our travel programs, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Book services and hotels for group series in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
• Monitor inventory, track cancellations and send final rooming/cabin lists and passenger numbers to vendors.
• Coordinate meet‑and‑greet and airport arrival/departure services for all programs in Buenos Aires.
• Assign local guides for each season and provide 24/7 on‑site operational support.
• Assist with any operational issues that arise during the travel experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English – reading and writing.
• Previous experience in operations preferred.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, changing environment while keeping priorities clear.
