Operations Assistant – ICT & Premises Support

About the role

The Operations Assistant will ensure smooth delivery of ICT, administrative and premises services for UNICEF's Argentina Country Office. By providing first‑line technical assistance and coordinating facility operations, the incumbent helps maintain business continuity and an enabling work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Log, process and resolve ICT service requests; maintain hardware, software and network assets.
• Support events with audiovisual equipment and manage SharePoint/OneDrive platforms.
• Prepare periodic ICT reports and track request lifecycles.
• Monitor premises conditions, coordinate maintenance, and supervise outsourced services (security, cleaning, reception).
• Maintain inventories of ICT and common‑area assets; act as on‑site focal point for operational issues.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, network or systems administration, audiovisual support, facilities or vendor management.
