Operario con Título Habilitante

About the role

Haleon is seeking an Operario con Título Habilitante to operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency standards are met. The role involves technical leadership of the line team and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute autonomous operation and maintenance tasks (CILT: cleaning, inspection, lubrication, adjustment).
• Detect and resolve first‑level mechanical failures, escalating complex issues.
• Lead control of operational parameters (Centerlines) and ensure compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (PCT, loss analysis, BDAs).
• Train operators on technical routines and best practices.
• Promote safety, order and cleanliness in the work area.
• Report deviations and progress in daily management meetings.

Required profile

• Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience on automated production lines in fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Knowledge of TPM, continuous improvement and problem‑solving tools.
• Leadership, effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability for rotating shifts and plant work.
