Online ESL Teacher – Young Learners

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic American expats who are certified English teachers to deliver live, group‑based online lessons to young learners. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location with a stable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging group English lessons via Zoom and WebEx following a structured curriculum.
• Make learning fun, memorable, and effective for children.
• Teach according to the schedule: Monday‑Friday 6:00 PM‑10:00 PM (Beijing Time) and Saturday‑Sunday 9:00 AM‑9:00 PM (Beijing Time), totaling 12‑20 hours per week.

Required profile

• Native‑speaker of English, preferably from the USA.
• Valid 120‑hour TESOL/TEFL certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of online English teaching experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching groups of students.
• Energetic, fun teaching style and a genuine love for working with children.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom and WebEx platforms.
• Computer with Intel® Core™ i5 processor or higher and at least 8 GB RAM.
• High‑speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download) via wired LAN.
• UPS backup power for uninterrupted sessions.
• Noise‑cancelling headset and HD webcam.
• Quiet, private, well‑lit teaching space.
