Omnichannel Outbound Lead – Remote

About the role

Trafilea is seeking an Omnichannel Outbound Lead to own and improve its global outbound logistics network. Working remotely, you will coordinate 3PLs, Amazon FBA, TikTok FBT and other sales channels to ensure seamless order fulfillment across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor 3PL performance against SLA, OTP, backlog and resolve operational issues.
• Manage Amazon FBA and TikTok FBT operations, including replenishments, shipments, removals and inventory discrepancies.
• Execute Transfer Orders and B2B shipments across the US, Canada, UK, Australia and other international warehouses.
• Maintain 99%+ in‑stock coverage and oversee aged inventory management.
• Own outbound reporting, turning daily KPIs into actionable insights.
• Automate manual workflows using reporting tools, AI and other automation solutions.
• Coordinate high‑impact events such as Prime Day and BFCM with 3PLs, Marketing and Marketplace teams.
• Continuously improve processes, close gaps and keep SOPs up to date.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce, logistics, supply chain or 3PL operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven track record of documenting and improving operational processes and KPI routines.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.
• High bias toward execution, ownership and follow‑through.
