NextGen AI Manager – Assistant Director (Argentina)

About the role

The NextGen AI Manager will act as a strategic bridge between engineering pods, client‑facing professionals, and governance stakeholders within EY's Applied Innovation portfolio. Based in Argentina, you will lead the creation and delivery of AI prototypes, pilots and MVPs that translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI prototypes, pilots and MVPs, ensuring delivery against defined milestones and value metrics.
• Coordinate cross‑functional pods, managing dependencies across engineering, governance and client‑facing teams.
• Lead rapid, governed experimentation to validate the impact of next‑generation AI capabilities.
• Translate business and engineering pain points into scoped pilots, clear requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with client‑facing professionals to test pilots with customers and communicate progress, risks and results through executive‑ready updates, demos and release narratives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing AI‑focused product delivery in a consulting or technology services environment.
• Strong ability to balance feasibility, compliance and speed while guiding teams through sprint‑based delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of translating technical concepts into business value.
