Motion Design Art Director

About the role

Girraphic is seeking an experienced Motion Design Art Director to lead the creative direction of broadcast graphics and motion‑design projects. This full‑time remote position is based in Argentina and works closely with a global creative team serving top broadcasters and live‑sport productions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the creative vision for broadcast graphics and motion‑design from concept to delivery.
• Develop visual concepts, style frames, mood boards, storyboards and client presentations.
• Design and produce high‑quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for live sports, broadcast and virtual productions.
• Create reusable graphic packages, animation systems and toolkits.
• Present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Vizrt Artists, Unreal Artists, developers and production teams.
• Provide mentorship, creative leadership and constructive feedback to designers across multiple projects.
• Explore new techniques, workflows and emerging technologies to raise creative standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading motion‑design projects in a broadcast or live‑production environment.
• Hands‑on approach with the ability to produce work while directing teams.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and flexible to support live broadcast schedules.
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion for productions or client meetings.
