Molecular Biology Specialist – AI Training Project

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Molecular Biology Specialist to support an AI training project focused on life‑science knowledge. You will work remotely, reviewing scientific data, experimental protocols, and AI‑generated content, and you will create clear explanations and realistic scenarios to improve the system’s understanding of molecular biology.

Key responsibilities

• Review molecular biology data, protocols, and scientific literature for accuracy.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content, flagging factual errors, inconsistencies, and unsupported conclusions.
• Create annotations, reference materials, and detailed explanations for AI training datasets.
• Develop realistic questions, scenarios, and datasets that reflect current research practices.
• Provide structured, evidence‑based feedback to enhance AI response quality.
• Apply up‑to‑date molecular biology methods and standards in all deliverables.

Required profile

• PhD, MSc, or equivalent degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related life‑science field.
• Proven experience in molecular biology research, experimental design, or data interpretation.
• Strong ability to write, review, and evaluate scientific content with precision.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, evidence‑based feedback.
