About the role
This contract position (≈15 hrs/week) focuses on creating reinforcement‑learning environments that test AI models on real‑world mobile software engineering challenges. You will design, implement, and verify complex coding tasks that simulate fixing bugs, adding features, refactoring, and performance optimisation across iOS, Android, and cross‑platform stacks.
Key responsibilities
- Design realistic, challenging mobile coding problems for frontier AI models.
- Build reproducible environments and deterministic verifiers for each task.
- Provide a reference solution that demonstrates a correct implementation.
Required profile
- Significant hands‑on expertise in at least one mobile development track (React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin).
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and lifecycle handling.
- Proven ability to debug complex applications and deliver performance improvements.
Required skills
- TypeScript or JavaScript (React Native)
- Dart (Flutter)
- Swift (SwiftUI or UIKit)
- Kotlin (Jetpack Compose or Android View system)
