Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer who is passionate about brand storytelling and can translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions. You will work closely with planners, strategists, art directors, copywriters, and project managers to deliver high‑quality designs that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop and execute innovative designs for print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, web banners, infographics and presentations.
• Contribute to creative strategies that enhance user experience and achieve marketing objectives.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into visual work.
• Maintain consistency with visual identity and brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, milestones and priorities.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across multiple mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for creativity, innovation and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
