Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Weight Conceptual Designer who is passionate about brand storytelling and capable of turning creative briefs into compelling visual solutions. You will work closely with planners, strategists, art directors, copywriters and project managers to deliver high‑quality designs that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and respond to creative briefs, producing innovative designs across print, digital, social media, web banners, infographics and presentations.
• Maintain consistency with visual identity and brand guidelines on all deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop effective creative strategies and enhance user experiences.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, milestones and priorities.
• Apply digital and UX design principles to ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across multiple mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design concepts.
• Passion for creativity, innovation and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
