About the role

We are looking for a creative, performance‑minded Video Creator based in Argentina to produce compelling Meta video ads that capture attention, spark curiosity, and turn audiences into leads and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create scroll‑stopping short‑form video ads for Facebook and Instagram, focusing on the first 1–3 seconds.
• Transform marketing briefs, audience insights, and campaign objectives into high‑performing video concepts.
• Develop multiple creative variations, testing new hooks, messaging, storytelling styles, and formats.
• Edit videos for conversions using dynamic pacing, captions, motion graphics, sound design, and testimonials.
• Produce ads for the full funnel – cold audiences, retargeting, and conversion‑ready segments.
• Repurpose existing client footage, UGC, and testimonials into fresh performance‑focused variations.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing video content for Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Understanding of direct‑response creative elements such as hooks, pain points, benefits, social proof, and calls to action.
• Ability to generate multiple creative variations rather than relying on a single concept.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, open to feedback and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Fluent English communication skills for collaboration with a distributed team.
