About the role

PSI CRO is seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist to join its Medical Monitoring team. The role is home‑based in Argentina and focuses on ensuring patient safety and providing medical expertise for global clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

Act as the primary medical and safety contact for trial teams and external partners.
Provide input for regulatory and ethics committee submissions and respond to safety‑related queries.
Monitor participant safety, support recruitment, retention, and conduct safety reviews of trial data.
Train trial teams on therapeutic area specifics and review trial documents, protocol deviations, and safety narratives.
Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, Data Management, and audit teams, and participate in feasibility assessments and client meetings.

Required profile

Medical Doctor degree.
Minimum 10 years practicing as a Gastroenterologist.
Clinical research experience preferred.
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office applications.
