Medical Affairs Consultant

About the role

As a Medical Affairs Consultant you will leverage scientific and clinical expertise together with strong business acumen to shape medical affairs strategies for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will translate complex scientific data into compelling storyboards that guide business leaders and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, consulting teams, managers, and internal support functions.
• Lead project management activities, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met efficiently.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Understand and communicate project roles, responsibilities, and their impact on customer contracts and statements of work.
• Support the creation of project deliverables and day‑to‑day customer relationship management.
• Participate in company‑sponsored events, training, and professional development initiatives, gradually taking on leadership roles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in research and data analysis, including organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking.
• Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Graduate degree in business or life sciences (desired).
