About the role

We are seeking a world‑class Media Specialist to join our fast‑growing speaking company. You will edit podcasts and videos, create social media content, and design graphics while collaborating with a supportive five‑person team.

Key responsibilities

Edit full‑length podcast episodes (audio and video) recorded via Riverside, adding sound effects, background music, and voice alterations.
Produce video edits with b‑roll and dynamic text to engage viewers.
Create artwork and thumbnails for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
Generate short clips for social media from podcasts, keynotes, and selfie videos.

Required profile

Fluency in English
Strong internet connection
Above‑average tech skills with fast execution
Ability to hook an audience
Timeliness and great communication
Fun, positive attitude and creative thinking

Required skills

Capcut or a similar video‑editing program
Canva or a similar graphic‑design tool (e.g., Adobe)
Riverside for podcast recording
