Materials Planner – Contract Manufacturing

About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Contract Manufacturing Materials Planner to manage a medium‑sized portfolio of raw‑material orders. You will guide orders through the drop‑ship process, ensuring timely delivery to support production while collaborating across functions to resolve supply gaps and technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee raw‑material orders from request to delivery, maintaining organized trackers and inboxes.
• Communicate and coordinate with procurement, suppliers, central planning, and supply‑chain teams.
• Identify stock‑out risks, inventory needs, and future requirements, and lead resolution discussions.
• Escalate and manage supply issues with contract manufacturers, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Submit and track new SKU setups, monitor master data, and report progress weekly.
• Collaborate on risk mitigation, supplier transitions, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply‑chain planning, customer service, or a similar discipline.
• Ability to work EST business hours and travel to the US as needed.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other MS Office applications.
