Materials Coordinator – International Project

About the role

We are seeking a Materials Coordinator to support a large‑scale international oil & gas / petrochemical project. The role ensures safe, efficient and effective management of inventory, spare parts, chemicals and equipment across multiple sites and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory of spare parts, chemicals and equipment.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all departments, suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate, request, receive and approve materials and spare parts.
• Document all material inflows and outflows.
• Conduct cyclic inventory counts.
• Maintain and track rental equipment records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures.

Required profile

• Solid experience in materials handling, identification, purchasing, order tracking and inventory management.
• Advanced or intermediate English language skills.
• Willingness to work under rotational schedules.
