About the role

We are seeking a Materials Coordinator to support a large‑scale international oil & gas / petrochemical project. The role ensures safe, efficient and effective management of inventory, spare parts, chemicals and equipment across multiple sites and contractors.

Key responsibilities

Manage inventory of spare parts, chemicals and equipment.
Serve as the single point of contact for all departments, suppliers and contractors.
Coordinate, request, receive and approve materials and spare parts.
Document all material inflows and outflows.
Conduct cyclic inventory counts.
Maintain and track rental equipment records.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures.

Required profile

Solid experience in materials handling, identification, purchasing, order tracking and inventory management.
Advanced or intermediate English language skills.
Willingness to work under rotational schedules.
